Job Duties

  • Perform site evaluations and viability analyses to identify optimal locations for solar installations
  • Create site plans, including the layout of solar arrays, power conversion equipment, and supporting infrastructure
  • Assess and approve detailed civil engineering drawings, covering grading, water management, access roads, and structural foundations
  • Supervise the correct installation of solar panel foundations and support structures
  • Track construction progress to ensure timely completion and quality control
  • Maintain comprehensive project records, including design schematics, technical specifications, and project reports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project designs and develop innovative solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fields
  • At least 2 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in utility-scale solar projects
  • Mastery of industry-standard civil engineering software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • In-depth understanding of construction techniques, materials science, and regulations pertinent to solar development
  • Exceptional project coordination and time management capabilities

Job Duties

  • Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups

Job duties

  • Lead testing & commissioning activities
  • Compile and present final project report to both internal and external parties
  • Prepare and project schedule, bill of material, budget and cashflow projection, workload forecast and other necessary project requirements
  • Liaise and discuss with client, suppliers, subcontractors and any other stakeholder to ensure smooth project execution. Manage all third parties and stakeholders involved in project
  • Manage budget and schedule of the project to ensure compliance with contract and scope of work
  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure all equipment are delivered in a timely manner 
and are in line with project specifications and budget
  • Ensure strict quality assurance and quality control throughout the construction phase
  • Propose and implement solutions for problems identified during project execution
  • Provide feedback of products defects and non-quality issues for future corrections and procurement

Job Requirements

  • Higher professional degree in engineering field relevant for solar PV projects
  • Industry background and more than 3 years of work experience in power utilities, engineering or EPC companies or power sector consulting companies
  • Proven track record in Project, Project Controls, Supply chain management, HSE
  • Experience in project management and wholistic execution function
  • Good technical understanding of solar PV technology
  • Fluent in English
  • Traveling within the country will be required

Job Duties

  • Handle corporate data management tasks, including maintaining , records related to office maintenance activities, corporate insurance policies, ISO certifications, and any compliance-related data management, ensuring timely renewal or submission
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier service, ensuring timely delivery and distribution
  • Maintain and procure office supplies inventory, including stationery, office, food and cleaning supplies
  • Track and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Provide direct administrative support not limited to HR duties but also tasks related to Operation &Maintenance (O&M) and Project Management administration such as forms filling, authority submission, etc.

Job Roles

  • Participate in on-site assessments to conduct initial site evaluations
  • Evaluate available roof and ground areas at project sites to determine optimal locations for PV system installation
  • Engage in client meetings to review and discuss project requirements
  • Design solar system configurations that align with client specifications
